MLE Unit Hosts the End of Project Meeting, September 2017... 

The Meeting was intended to evaluate along with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Programe Officer the progress made in the project as well as to project the way forward.

Tegemeo's MLE Unit participates in the 8^th AfrEA International conference in Kampala, Uganda, 27th-31st March 2017 ... 

Tegemeo Institute participated in the recently concluded 8^th AfrEA International conference at the Speke Resort Munyonyo Hotel in Kampala, Uganda themed “Evaluation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Opportunities and Challenges for Africa”. The conference ran from March 27^th-31^st, 2017 with participation from researchers, academia, emerging evaluators and practitioners. The conference aimed to promote exchange between participants on demand and supply of credible evaluative evidence in support of the SDGs in Africa. It was also intended to build capacity to design, manage and use evaluations to help Governments achieve their national and international development agendas, particularly around the SDGs and the Africa2063 Agenda.

Tegemeo Institute receives Grant for Institutional Strengthening ... 

Prof. Gowland Mwangi, DVC R&E, Egerton University, Dr. Elvis Fraser, Senior Programme Officer at the Gates Foundation & Mary Mathenge, the Director, Tegemeo Institute at the ‘Institutional Strengthening Project’ Kick-off Meeting held at Fairview Hotel on December 20^th, 2013.
